Questions about joining?
Not always. For some field and operations roles, hands on farm or equipment experience is a big plus, but we also hire people from trades, logistics, and other industries who are willing to learn. The main things we look for are reliability, safety minded habits, and a willingness to work as part of a team that supports farmers.
Yes. We hire extra team members during our busy fertilizer seasons in spring and fall. Seasonal roles typically include helping with loading, delivery support, field logistics, and basic equipment tasks, and they are a good way to get started with the company and learn how our operation runs.
Every new team member goes through safety and equipment training before working in the field or plant. We pair people with experienced staff, walk through standard operating procedures, and make sure they are comfortable with the tasks and expectations for their role before they work independently.
We prefer to grow from within whenever we can. People who start in seasonal or entry level roles often move into full time positions, learn new equipment, or step into lead and supervisor roles over time. As the company grows, new opportunities open up in operations, logistics, sales support, and leadership for team members who want to take on more responsibility.
